I am very happy as a resident here. My major complaint would be that there is a problem with residents refusing to wear masks in public areas of the building . I also recommend cameras being installed outside on the garage wall. There is a resident here never cleans up after their dog. It positively disgusting and rude to everyone else as well.

Honestly I am very upset by some residents still not wearing masks. In this pandemic it is inexcusable. Obviously the signage in elevator is ignored. This blatant disregard for other residents safety in elevators and the building is unacceptable. Personally I have had several experiences with this situation. I ask that a sign be placed in the elevator lobby that says no mask no entrance. This is a private residence and there is no reason why mask wearing is mandatory. Thank you. Carrie
