During the current pandemic we have been trying to focus mostly on essential service requests however with the order in place we will be going back to completing all requests. We appreciate your patience as we navigate this uncharted territory. In regards to you inquiry about trash pick up, we find that most residents would rather take their boxes down themselves vs. paying an additional monthly fee for valet trash. If you need assistance we are always happy to help, just reach out to our amazing concierge team and they would be more than happy to grab any boxes that are too large for you carry down yourself.
