4550 has very poor parking security. Many cars got stolen and bicycles vandalized and stolen but nothing has been done to deter the crime. I personally stopped an intruder from stealing a bicycle at 9:00 pm; no staff at the front desk for me to get help calling police. Front desk phone was forwarded to an answering machine during a crime been playing out...serious? recommendation and suggestions to post important phone numbers, adding security camera, lock the gates, ... none has been implemented. People need to move out after almost 2 days without elevators in a 24 story tall building, are faced with "sorry, you still need to pay for cancelling you rental contract"... who wants to live here. People I talked to in this building can't wait to get out.
