Looks nice at face value, but lower quality than expected and paid for. Poor security of gated garage - my locked bike was stolen and I was told "it happens a lot." Decent views and not much else. I recommend looking elsewhere.

If you're considering moving here, don't. Management did poorly to handle winter building operations and vmaintenance which resulted in many damaged apartment units and the elevators to be out of order for over a month. Many residents were forced out of their units due to preventable flooding damage and we're still asked to pay rent.
