Can’t recommend this place to anyone. Lots of comments posted on google and yelp and they are mostly true. Maintenance is terrible 5.5 months to get are conditioning fixed. Dishwasher currently broken. Garage security gates frequently broken as is the door from the parking garage to the building. The carpeting in all the halls are gross.

The environment is run down, not maintained, unclean, office staff can be rude, avoid Residence, the internal package system does not work. Sometimes we are notified we have a package when we’re dont

Many better places in Denver to choose from

Warning! Huge mistake moving here. The place is run down, filthy, sits in a high crime area (look at crimes stats first), garage gates a often broken and left open with entry doors that don't close enough to lock. Getting repairs is impossible. Trash cans are often over flowing. The loading dock has so much crap on them that this has got to invite vermin. Doors are broken through out the building. Carpet is stained and nasty. They don't clean above the first floor even during a pandemic. There are a ton of apartments in the Denver area so there is no need put up with what is going on at 4550.

We have just moved into 4550 and as mentioned in the survey our apartment has a broken A/C, broken kitchen cabinet, our move in day we had to call in maintenance at 9p because all of the water was turned off to our apartment. We also were disappointed with the condition of the halls walking in from the garage. Hate to be negative, but first impressions are powerful.
