Still no microwave and the track lights in our kitchen are still filthy and not pointing in the directions that we need. We will be approaching 2 months with these 2 things still outstanding from move in. I received a call that someone would be by yesterday and when I called into the maintenance line, that someone would be by then also. I've emailed leasing and talked with concierge.
Staff here is courteous, but the overall feel of the issues we needed fixed upon move in are disappointing. Seems as if the maintenance team is over worked and there are not enough for this building, so we hate to be bothersome to them. However, we are paying residents and have never encountered not having a unit "move in ready". I'm only saying that I would recommend this residents for the look of the building and the amenities, but the pool area is not always kept the cleanest it could be either.
