Wonderful Place to Live

Such a great experience living here. The facilities are consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, which makes day?to?day life incredibly comfortable. From the common areas to the amenities, everything feels modern and cared for. What really sets this place apart is the staff. They’re genuinely helpful, friendly, and quick to respond whenever something comes up. Whether it’s a maintenance request, a question about the building, or just a friendly hello in passing, they always go above and beyond. It’s clear they take pride in creating a welcoming community. Overall, it’s been an excellent place to call home—safe, convenient, and supported by a team that truly cares. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great living experience.

Great Apartments! We really love it here. Great location in Golden, with easy access to Denver and the surrounding area. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the building is kept up really nice with great amenities.

Good location to Alot of transportation and services. Recommend to not have a car or be prepared to pay the extra charge for parking lot to ensure spot. If you have a large van parking will not work for you. The staff is extremely pleasant and that was a big reason for the move in here.

The management team here at GW is great in making sure the needs of the residents are met. Their responses and their maintenance service are prompt. Both Karl and Mike are super friendly and will always wave or say hi to you.

Residents are friendly and the staff are professional! The building manager helped me moved a few bulky items into my apartment which I greatly appreciated. In addition, I had to submit a work order and it was resolved within an hour of submission.

It was a really easy process overall. The apartments are nice and the two bedroom layouts are great. Great views of the foothills and can see downtown in the other direction as well. Seems like a bigger complex, but feels pretty cozy. The attached restaurant is good too

The apartment complex is always kept clean, I like that the doors stay locked unless it's business hours. It's easy to get your mail and packages, the restaurant below us has the best food ever. There are other businesses below us, so it's very convenient, the gas station is just next door, and we are so close to downtown Golden. The grocery store and other stores are just a minute down the road, so everything is super close. The community is also quiet, we don't hear our neighbors above us at all, or the ones next to us.

The community is awesome, Mike and Karl are amazing at what they do. The apartments and amenities are phenomenal. The community is also veteran friendly as well which is really comforting as a serving member of the armed forces!

The apartment is very well maintained as well as having many extra facilities like the gym, lounge, and games room. I also really like the parking availability and that it was easy to acquire two parking spots for our one apartment.

Very clean and high quality apartments. Fantastic location for the price being so close to a grocery store, restaurants, the highway, and downtown golden. Amenities are also on par with most luxury apartments.

I have lived at GW Apartments in Golden for 1.3 months. I feel this property is located in one of the best spots in the Denver area and one of the better properties. I really enjoy the terrace, which has great views. Also, a great barbecue area and TV lounge. The property management staff Karl & Mike are as professional & top notch as you'll find. Entire property is very clean & pristine. I enjoy this property immensely!

Just moved in and everything has been smooth and effortless. Awesome team they have here at GW. Karl and Mike have made it such an easy transition to GW. Grounds are neatly maintained, everything is clean and can't beat the neighborhood.

Amazing easy and quick. 10/10 easy and fast. Highly recommend GW, the people and residents are kind. The restaurant below is a bit of a headache due to having shared parking. Some night it can be loud and their customers tend to shout when leaving. Other then that it's amazing and safe

So far so good. I am looking forward to seeing what the Maxx leaderships comes up with. So far they seem competent and professional and ready to answer inquiries. If they would only mesh the community wifi into the parking garage and the elevator this community would be perfect

We've really enjoyed living here ? the location is excellent, the building is modern and full of natural light, and the atmosphere is generally peaceful. The apartment layouts are spacious, and it's a pleasure to come home to clean, well-kept common areas. While we've occasionally faced some delays in communication or maintenance requests, the team is usually responsive and kind once engaged. With a bit more consistency in support services, this would be an ideal place to live. Overall, a great community with a lot of potential and charm.
