PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I should have listened to the disgruntled lady screaming at the leasing staff while I was first signing my lease. I would have saved myself from literally the WORST place I have ever rented from! Within the first three months of living here, my dishwasher broke twice, four cupboards completely came off the hinges just from opening them, my roof leaked a ton of water into my living room, and they lost three of my packages that were delivered to the leasing office. I tried to be a good resident by sending in work orders, politely asking for help when I needed it, but the lack of response or the attitude when I go in to talk to someone is extremely unsettling. The management staff acts like you are the biggest inconvenience to their day if you talk to them about anything other than handing over a check. Recently, a pipe burst in the fitness center which has required major renovations. They have not updated any of the residents on when they should expect it to reopen or what they are going to do to reimburse the fees associated with those amenities. Instead, they stacked all of the pool chairs against the fitness center door to keep people from entering.
This place is going downhill fast! My neighbor moved out a week ago and they literally "flipped" it with their new renovations in less than two days. They are essentially putting lipstick on a pig with these poorly designed layouts. They aren't fixing the real issues with the architectural structure. If you don't believe me, take a walk around the complex and you will notice SEVERAL patios are being held up by 2x4s!
