I have lived many places in Denver and moving to Alara Greenwood Villages was the worst decision ever. It is a nice place to live; however, the management is horrible. I have only lived here for a year and they switch management 2 or 3 times. They don't work with you, they don't check emails or voicemails and the people that work in the office are rude. One person will tell you something and then then another person will tell you something different. For example, moving out was a nightmare. I gave 60 day notice via email and phone call and it took a month longer before they actually put it in there system to have me move out. I recommend always sending emails to them and following up with phone calls so you have a paper trail to reference back too. Another example, they sent me an extra bill the month after I moved out for $2,830. When I called them about it, they just said they needed utilities because it was inner-ears. I said I am happy to pay it once I get an updated bill. They never sent it, instead they sent me straight to collections with warning. I have never dealt with a company so unprofessional.
I would beware to rent in this place.
