Do not live here. The new manager Dave is great, but the community overall, the poor quality of the units, and the absolute worst maintenance every make this an overpriced and bad choice. There are other places in the same neighborhood that are better reviewed and cheaper with the same amenities. Don't rent here. In just the last year there have been three major flooding issues that resulted in heavy construction equipment tearing up the concrete at 2am, there's flood-related construction equipment still just laying around the complex, and there's no gym with no timeline to get it back. Our apartment wound up leaking - we noticed the mildew carpet smell and it took the 24 hour maintenance four days to even look at it, then they left exposed nails throughout the hallway saying we could fix it ourselves. It's taken a year to fix basic maintenance issues in our apartment, and they never get fixed correctly. Sometime they fix things that we didn't ask them to. When they leave, our apartment smells like cigarette smoke. My girlfriend is afraid to be home alone when there's a maintenance request out. They are also terrible at snow removal. They can't handle it when it snows more than a few inches, they push together massive piles of snow into places with no sun so they just stay there all season, then melt (flooding anyone?). The don't salt the steep driveways of the attached garages resulting in dangerous ice conditions for slip and fall injures, and they won't fix it despite repeated notice. There are any number of other issues, but the bottom line is that this is not a quality place to live and the prices are not competitive. There's a reason they have bad reviews that span years. Look elsewhere.

Our team is aware that some areas of our community need to be repaired, and we try to do this as quickly as possible. We understand that you may be frustrated with repeated attempts to fix your requests. Our goal is to correctly repair any items that you report to our team on our first visit, however, if we have to return to your home we want to be sure that the repairs meet your expectations.
