Not worth the money! Interiors feel old and outdated-management is a nightmare

These are not very old apartments, yet they feel old and outdated because management doesn´t "have money in the budget" to replace or fix ANYTHING!! For the price, there should not be bald spots in the carpet with stains. The appliances were grayish/black and filthy (and they´d been cleaned). I rented over the telephone and would not move-in upon seeing the apartment. The manager CREATED problems-and she did not even put forth an effort to resolve any of the issues.
