It's just amazing and warming ! It's well maintained as well. As I went on my tour to find my perfect home, it just felt different then other apartments. It definitely caught my eyes and just really excited to call Bel Aire my next home.

I've lived in other areas of Lakewood. This home is safe. I love that amenities. And can't wait to start a new journey here. realistically. Front desk, extremely professional. Having a a pool that's open year-round makes it a lot comfortable for when I get off of work I can unwind.

It's nice, but the apartments are small & the business is not following the new transparency in pricing law in Colorado. That fact alone causes me some concern, especial since, when I brought it up, the leasing agent became clearly uncomfortable, stuttered, etc

It's fine. Yes, it's new, but a lot of things are cracked and the leasing office gives little to no information on important things like not driving the u haul into the parking garage, getting a magnet strip after you pay for the parking garage, rules for trash valet, etc. It seems like they put it together very fast.

Belaire is a beautiful place to live, great amenities, a variety of floor plans with certain attractions, and the staff are all great in helping you. Seems like a quiet neighborhood so far. Definitely take a tour if you're apartment shopping!

New community with contemporary design, great floor plan with lots of space and large balcony, can get garage parking close to your place for convenience. Great amenities such as 24 hours coffee machine and treats (for your dog too), work spaces with printer, large hot tub and heated pool, outdoor cooking spaces. Also good location, friendly staff and attention to safety.

I can't begin to thank the entire Team at Bel Aire for an incredibly smooth move in process. This property checked all the boxes for me starting with the staff. Morgan, Elijah, Dee and Kari were so helpful and supportive in my apartment decision making process. Also all the wonderful amenities that this property offers were very important to me during my apartment search. The location is very centralized to both the mountains and downtown. The property feels very safe and very well up kept by the maintance team. Since moving in, many of the current residents and staff that I have run into daily have been extremely welcoming and very friendly. If you're looking for your next great place to live in Lakewood, I would highly recommend stopping into Bel Aire for a visit/ tour. Thank You Again to the Bel Aire Team.. #liveBelAire

Just another multi apartment complex noise noise noise, concerns about the location in crime other construction going on in the area is going to disturb your residence as well. The old complex across the street from you is going to be starting tearing down which is involving asbestos which is not they're supposed to take and contain it, but I wouldn't trust construction people so I'm not sure if that's all you want but I'm tired of talking so goodbye
