Great community with lots of amenities and things to do. Enjoy the new buildings/appliances. Staff is very helpful and very happy to help. I would appreciate if individual buildings could be a little more regulated as far as trash in the lobbies.

My husband and I moved into the apartment complex in July of 2023 and we transferred into a 2 bedroom unit in August of 2024. We highly recommend becoming a resident! Krista, Marlene, Lanae, Nathan, and Jesse always exceed our expectations. Most of the tenants here are friendly and we have built lifelong friends by living here!

Krista has been very helpful in the entire apartment process. She was able to answer any questions I had prior to scheduling a tour. And the tour was so easy! She has always been very patient and eager to help, which I love and appreciate. Thank you!

Apartment is very well insulated for sound, I hear no noise from my neighbors above or below me. Lots of dogs, but never hear barking. Feels like a luxury hotel with the amenities and cleanliness. Staff is also super nice and friendly!

I absolutely love living here and if I didn't want to own a house I'd live here my entire life. However, we all know things change, and while things have definitely changed here it has never been a change for the worse. Amazing complex, residents, and staff!

Great complex! Well maintained and friendly staff! The clubhouse is one of the best I have ever seen and I have moved around a lot! The maintenance staff is friendly and responsive to the few issues I have had since moving in.

Great place to live. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming, always willing to help. Itās very quiet and the apartments are very clean and comfortable. Not to mention all the amenities they have. We would highly recommend living here. Great community.

Railway Flats is a community that brings everything to you. I love the fact we do not have to go places on weekends because we can swim, grill and have friends around multiple gas fire pits. Luxury at its finest. Thank you again Railway Flats for your accommodations and hospitality.

WE love all of the leasing agents and maintenance staff at Railway. They are always so kind and helpful!! Unfortunately right now our main bathroom is completely torn up and that makes living a little more stressful.

So far I have had a good experience with this complex. Staff were very helpful with answering questions about the application and move in process. The community is clean with nice amenities. Parking is an issue as Ive been told that people get towed when not registered and youre allowed only 7 visitors a month.

Railway Flats is a great living experience. The have high quality amenities and a friendly community. Pets are also welcomed. The apartments are stylish and well maintained. I personally love having a balcony and enjoy the view it provides. I would recommend living here to a friend.

Staff is approachable and communicates well. Amenities are top notch, great clean pool, awesome gym. The apartment is quite and clean, rent is an easy accessible portal. The only thing is that there's not much walking distance

Best place Iāve ever lived. Love the community and the staff that support us. This is my 3rd property with McWhinney and my favorite so far. Also the longest I have lived in one place now for almost 5 years. Iāve recommended this place to everyone I know thatās looking.

The environment is the best! Hospitality amongst the office staff and management is awesome! Great place overall!! Best amenities I have seen so far....the front staff, are very helpful. Just wish there was more access to upper reception center after hours. Maybe come up with a fob solution for that?
