Yesterday was my last day. I filled the whole term of me lease. When I signed up for my lease I was verbally told that gas, water, trash, and a couple of other things are included in your rent. What they meant was that when you get your first bill it will be added on top of your monthly rent. The noise most of the time is normal but lately someone has been setting off fireworks which I am cool with if it was around the July and if it wasn't an artillery shell. Safety my brand new car was stolen alone with about 8 others. Lots of homeless people walking around the complex. It is close to the bus station. Maintenance and office staff in the past have lied and take a long time to fix stuff. Waited a month to get my toilet fixed after I told them. Maybe the new office staff is better. So you know it is a 2 month notice that you have to give that you are moving out, so don't get stuck for an extra month. But if this is what you can afford I am sorry. I met a lot of great people there. But it seems like no one last long. Like the management.
