You don't even get what you pay for. I don't know why people are giving this place an overall 5 when it lacks a lot of work. This new staff is a bit, nicer but still give you attitude once in a while if you catch them on a bad day. Maintenance is great. Apartments are falling apart...

I know this place needs a lot of work.. There is a lack of communication between the staff and their other employees.. Other then that they lack professionalism on both sides. Now I don't know if they are trying to save money or they simply don't care but they came in two weeks later without telling us about the delay nor did they replace our kitchen drawer with right one. They just slapped on a cheap type of wood with no handles. The only thing matching was the paint... I have big problem with the front desk girl in the way she handles issues.. She gives everyone attitude including employees and residence as well. We were there last time trying to renew our contract and she seemed really irritated with us.. We were not yelling nor giving her crap at all.. And another employee came and to tell her something about some rooms and she started yelling at him right in front of us... So i don't why the manager keep letting her handle residence at all or why or how they hired her when she has no people skills at all..
