On our leasing tour: quiet courtyard, quiet unit, large appliances, small dogs, paradise Our living experience so far: -foosball and bean bag toss in courtyard loud as hell -can hear my neighbors talking and upstair walking easily -loud as hell dog on 7th barking and I don’t even live near it -appliances breaking down and needing maintenance and then being told my maintenance to live with it at times -train honking at midnight or so every day cause we lived a block away -no mail drop off for usps ups fedex so we have to return everything in person -drafty units where I can def hear air leaking in Prob going to speak with manager this week or well, adios when lease ends and I won’t even bother.

"Who let the dogs out", "Woof, Woof, Woof, Woof!"

Just walk the stairwell and you can see how great the soundproofing is in this building. Guess what, it's so great that there is NONE! It is all wood with minimal foam. Then the leasing office takes it to the next level. It allows any size dog into the building with ZERO, let me repeat, ZERO breed restrictions. Just say your dog is emotional support . Doberman, no problem. Shepard, come on in. Any large size that barks, you are welcome my liege. Guess that these untrained large dogs do. They bark when you wake up, they bark when you go bed, they bark when you eat breakfast, and bark when you kiss your partner. When you pass their dog, they bark. When the maintenance guy passes their door, they bark. When neighbors close their door, they bark. When you fart in your apartment, they bark. The best part, these untrained dogs are left home by their owners, becoming a ticking time bomb throughout the day. Remember the comedian who says there are two parties working together, in this case the builder and the leasing office. The builder, "I have a really bad idea" (going to build a wood frame poor sound insulation building). The leasing office, "I can make it worse" (going to let any emotional support dog into the building).

Frankie was the best. He showed us several units, addressed all our questions, and even assisted us in taking measurements. He also demonstrated a tremendous knowledge of the property, and if he didn't have an immediate answer, he researched it thoroughly and got back to us right away.
