We were looking for an apartment with more space and a convenient location for public transport, and Aerie has that plus a well-designed layout and lovely community spaces. The viewing and leasing process went smoothly, and our move-in went without a hitch. We’ve also been happy with how friendly and helpful everyone is here at Aerie.

The Aerie is luxury living at its finest: from the numerous amenities (e.g. 3 pools, sauna and hot tub, firepits and grills aplenty!), to the top notch service, to the stellar views of DC and the surrounding neighborhood. Having lived all over DC - I can confidently say that this is the best building with the greatest benefits in town today.

Best place to live in DMV area. The amenities are like no other property. gym better than NY Athletic Club. No other place has lap pools, saunas, hot tub, 2 outdoor pools. Bocce Ball At least 10 grills even with spotlights, a Game Room, Work Rooms, Printers, and there are always activities and Brunch. We are extremely happy here and recommend Aerie/Zephyr to anyone who wants a great work, home or work/life atmosphere. The staff is wonderful. The maintenance will be at your door within 12 hours of putting in a work order and everyone is willing to help you with whatever you need..

Living at the Aerie has been a beautiful experience. I love coming home from work knowing this is where is reside. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. The property is beautiful and the other residents who I have came in contact with are really nice as well.

Staff is wonderful here they listen and immediately act. They are kind friendly and make you happy you live here. We see the security officers making their rounds often so we know they are around and know what is going on in the building.
