Amazing!
The building is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing but I especially love the area; everything you need is right nearby, from Union market, to grocery stores to public transit which incredibly convenient for both work and social activities.

I had a wonderful experience touring the apartment community, and a huge part of that was thanks to Nyia. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Nyia answered all of my questions with confidence and clarity, and her friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed right away. The apartment community itself is beautiful, but it was Nyia’s top-tier service that truly made this a standout experience.

Love the staff and building
I toured over 10 apartments in the DC area but after working with Nyia, I knew this was the one for me. I had been treated like just another number all day by different leasing agents but working with her was a breath of fresh air. She took her time to answer the many questions both me and my family had about the apartment and moving to a different area. From move in to now she’s been such a great help and I credit her for being the main factor in why I chose Ozma. The apartment is beautiful and so far I love living here.

Great Space!
Just had a tour with Talia and had a great time, she was so informative of the space, local eateries and neighborhood. The concierge was also very nice and helpful while I waited for my appointment (I was early).

Best Staff!
Ozma's staff was tremendously helpful during the duration of residency but especially during the move-out process. The staff helped with some unexpected, moving day developments with their communication, accessibility, and flexibility...all with a smile. OZMA is great for a number of reasons but especially because of their staff.

Great place to live
I am about to start my second year here, and I can honestly say it hass been such a great place to live. From day one, Talia has been amazing. She helped me through the entire move-in process and has always been so kind and quick to help with anything I have needed since. The amenities really make a difference and feel a step above other places I looked at, and the community is always clean and well taken care of. It really feels like home, and I am so glad I chose to live here. -AD

Best place in the area tbh but it’s gentrified
Just don’t forget the area you’re moving into. Cars get broken into around here just to give some context. But as far as places I’ve toured in the area, OZMA was the best by far. Great amenities and units.
