Been a great experience. Great office and maintenance staff. Great amenities, including nice rooftop and grill. Newly renovated gym. Great location, right by the metro, multiple busses, stores and groceries, and bars and restaurants. Can't recommend this place enough.

Great apartment, amenities, and rooftop. Friendly and responsive office and service staff. Great location, right in the heart of Columbia Heights and close to greet grocery, shopping, restaurant, and bar options.

Friendly and responsive staff. Clean premises. Great location - in the heart of Columbia Heights and right by Target, Giant, CVS, and several restaurants and bars. Apartment units are true to the website depictions and clean.
