Victoria was my leasing manager she made sure we had an easy process. We did the application as soon as we view the place few days later we were approved and signed the lease. We moved in a week and half later. No complications . I'm loving our new apartment , the location is amazing and the neighborhood is peaceful

they work with you, even if you have horrible credit scores. everyone is so nice, neighbors are lovely even my dog likes to be outside with all the other dogs. it's really great and it's quiet at night!

Move in was very smooth and easy. The office staff is quick to respond and very friendly whenever we spoke. Move in day was simple, just went and picked up the key, got a welcome bag and was all set to start moving our belongings in. The apartment was recently renovated so everything is new and in great shape and the overall property is very well kept and put together.

Community is diverse and dogs are allowed which creates a very friendly and warm atmosphere among the residents. The grounds are kept neat by the landscaping crews. Public areas of the buildings are kept vacuumed and dusted. In general residents are considerate

New ownership is incredible. Super attentive and reliable maintenance, with clear guidelines. I moved to the apartments in 2020 and this is the best maintenance service we have had. Very pleased with it.

The move-in process was pretty standard, and overall my experience has been positive. The unit is clean and well-maintained, and the staff has been super friendly and attentive throughout the process, which I really appreciated. One small issue I encountered was not being informed that a lock needed to be removed from the meter, so I was without a working stove for the first few days. Additionally, I'm still unclear about the washer/dryer situation, there are four units in the building but only three sets of machines. I sent an inquiry about this last night and haven't heard back yet. Aside from those minor issues, everything else has been great so far.

Fits my needs. 1 bedroom has enough space to accommodate living comfortably without leaving much to be desired. Neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. I've had no issues in the few years I've lived here both with other tenants and maintenance.

Its pretty good in terms of crime. It was really quiet until the wawa was built. Its definetly a goid place to live with the cost of rent. Maitenance is pretty bad. When they came to fix somerging they always destoyed something else

I love it here very quick. I've lived in a few of the apartments and it's been the same since. Awesome place to live it just need some fixing up like the air conditioner should be in the wall up high not so low. Washer and dryers for everyone to use.
