Ratings are based on resident feedback from SatisFacts surveys that are provided at key times throughout the resident lifecycle.
Pre-Move In

Tour Survey

Sent after a renter has toured a community to evaluate their first impression of the community and the onsite team.

Move In

Move-In Surveys

Measures a new resident's satisfaction with their new apartment and how well prepared the unit and onsite team were during the move-in period.

Service

Maintenance Survey

Measures a resident's satisfaction with how the onsite team handles maintenance requests from the time a work order is created to completion.

End of Lease

Renewal Survey

Sent 120 days before a resident's lease renewal to measure the perception of value provided by the community and to gauge a resident's likelihood of staying in the community.

*Only those communities that participate in these surveys will have them factored into their epIQ Index performance.
