Great apartment for someone just starting out but in my opinion not the right apartment for families looking to settle down and enjoy amenities or Miami such as beaches , walking areas and a more Miami lifestyle. It's okay. Not bad not great - just okay. High prices but very clean -

The property is very well maintained. Roxanna does a fantastic job of managing the property and makes the building feel welcoming. I highly recommend this property and I am very happy to be living here.
