These apartments are too expensive and the move in experience was less than stellar. I did not get the apartment I had requested, it changed at the last minute and I was stuck, it was slightly more plus on the 3rd floor, where now my elderly mother cannot visit because she can't do stairs.

Well kept grounds and apartments. Very close to shopping and many other things. Close to many schools. Office staff is very friendly. Maintenance staff are always friendly, on point and make sure that problems are fixed in a timely manner.

Office is slow to respond,they do not answer calls all day sometimes,I recieved email about trash on my porch and was told I avoided a fine barely then recieved another email saying the first was a mistake.I am renewing but am upset that these two issues occurred and I would have been way happier if my calls would not be ignored or I was not false accused of a dirty porch

Great place to live. Staff is amazing and attentive to any of our needs. We feel very safe and comfortable here. Any issues are addressed immediately. Love the proximity to grocery, drug store, restaurants and other amenities. Feels like home.

Overall, it has been a great time. Most of my neighbors have been great except the one guy who would not control is kid running around upstairs last year and flooded his apartment, damaged mine, and really messed up the one below when his oversized fish tank broke because of his kid. The staff is super responsive from the manager to the maintenance team. They are personable and show their appreciation everyday. I am glad to call this my home. Even their contractors follow their model.

Water is always shut off all day long. Trash is constantly backed up to where is unsightly and tacky. Maintenance MIGHT respond to your request no matter how dire it is. Whether or not you put "no entry", they will still enter your apartment if you aren't there regardless of emergency or not.

Amazing place to live!

I love living in this place! The staff is amazing they keep everything in wonderful shape, clean, and well maintained. The pools are super cool it’s looks like a resort every time you go in, same with the GYM and the other amenities. The apartments are very comfortable. If you have an emergency or any problems that you need to get checked the maintenance comes as soon as they can. Less than 1-2 hours or before. We personally have a great experience with Ruzlan he help us with our dishwasher and the boiler and never had any problems again. He was fast and he is very professional and he respect our time and space at all times. I definitely will continue living here blessing for the team in the office and maintenance you guys make me and my family feel like this the perfect place to be ! Thank you! Keep it up!

Kids constantly running around screaming and running into the road. Yes kids will be kids but not when they're peeing in the bushes next to your patio and screaming in the breezeway. Dog poop everywhere. Even 5 feet from the bags and garbage posts.

Love my apartment and the new maintenance crew is on top of things. The grounds are kept well by staff. Office is friendly and takes their time to hear your concerns I feel safe here, and my Nieghbor's are wonderful.

Concerned about how the water bill is regulated being that there's only one meter for the complex. All other amenities seem to be fair. Lots of dog poop ?? around, seems some people don't adhere to the rules of picking up after their furry friends.

The community is great. Amenities are great. Office staff are great. The only downfall to the community is grace period with rent. If you are one day late it's $75 then $10 each day afterwards. Other than that it's a great place to live.

This community has been excellent for our small family. There are some minor issues that can be expected in any large apartment complex such as many loud children, certain people not picking up after their dogs, and loud cars moving (sometimes too quickly) through the neighborhood. Management always attempts to try and reduce the impact of these things so what more can we ask. Overall, the apartment we live in needs to be updated, but for 4 years in unit it has served us well.

Outdated. Very picky "rules". Marijuana lingers everywhere. We understand it's legal in Florida, but for those of us who don't use it, have to deal with the unpleasant odors. Inconvenient times to "inspect" apartments rather than scheduling when residents are home.

Maintenance is terrible at fixing things. We have a serious mold problem and nothing gets done about it. We have been waiting 3 weeks for them to fix our dryer. We waited even longer for them to fix our rusty dishwasher. Overall just terrible
