This community is safe and sound. Very clean and cozy. I will recommend to anyone who wants to have peace and live in a nice neighborhood. Also this community is near all known shopping centers and Brandon Mall.

This community is a perfect place to live. It's very safe and cozy. The community is always clean and the staff in the office very friendly and helpful. Also it has two pools and parks for the kids and if you like to exercise, then you can enjoy the gym. I will recommend this place to anyone.

These are beautiful apartments with lots of square footage, grounds are well kept, and everybody in the office is professional. Although professional the lady that showed us our apartment is a liar, we were told that new carpet and laminate flooring had just been put in our ground apartment and it smelled like cigarette smoke, we knew she was lying, but why lie the smoke smell was not going to keep us from leasing the apartment because we are only staying here until our home is finished being built and this community is nice and affordable.  
Let me back track on her character, she questioned my husband&apos;s character, my husband was still on active duty (Air Force) 17 years of service he is a black man, she repeatedly said his back ground check came back negative, when we asked to see it, it had pictures of another man whom looked nothing like my husband and their names were not the exact same. We were very polite and nice with patience. How does one questioned someone&apos;s character and in the same breath lie? 

My husband retired with high prestige and honorably but was made to feel like nothing by a liar.

Ã¢?Â¢prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against someone of a different race based on the belief that one&apos;s own race is superior.

This is exactly what she did to my husband and our intelligence by lying about the cigarette smoke as to say we are to stupid/ inferior to know the difference. As if because she is white her words are more believable even if she was lying. 

This has bothered me for the two months we&apos;ve lived here it was very disrespectful and hurtful to my husband&apos;s pride and our intelligence.

We moved in over a month ago&#44; and so far we love it here.  Our apartment was completely renovated before we moved in:  new counters in the kitchen and bathrooms&#44; new appliances&#44; new light fixtures&#44; new paint&#44; new carpets&#44; and new flooring in the front entrance&#44; bathrooms&#44; and kitchen.  The place is beautiful.  I read other reviews that complained about noise&#44; but I haven&#39;t had any problems yet.  I owned my own home for 15 years before moving here&#44; and this area is more quiet than the one I left.  The grounds are well maintained&#44; the pools are clean&#44; and the leasing staff&#44; grounds crew&#44; and maintenance staff are all very pleasant.  There are people who don&#39;t clean up after their dogs&#44; but that was the case in my former neighborhood&#44; too.  I like that they have doggie areas where you can throw away your pet&#39;s &#34;business&#34;&#44; plus they provide the clean up baggies&#44; too.  Parking has been no problem at all.  I have had one or two maintenance issues&#44; which were responded to quickly and efficiently.  The screened in balcony is a definite plus.  I would definitely recommend this place to others.

I recently lived here with my family.  I reported there was mold in the apartment and nothing was done about it.  The maintenance could not seem to find it but finally after several moths&#44; I discovered the source that had been painted over and caulking used to hide the mold from sight.  All they did to fix it was new base board and windex.  The only response from the company is we will let you out of your lease with no penalty.  From the time I reported the MOLD 7 month later of my family getting sick of breathing this in they only felt responsible to let us out of our lease.  The management is a joke.  The office staff does not write down work orders so don&#39;t expect anything to get done.  They started renting to anyone and we reported several times watching drug deals right in the parking lots.  Several apartments were broken into while we lived there which made everyone feel very unsafe.

We love our community for many reasons the staff in the office they're all wonderful Jennifer is a great manager and we call this home it is so clean here and the maintenance team is awesome everybody's very friendly and even though the rent goes up we still want to be here

Love this community. No problems with neighbors or staff. I felt safe until I got the newsletter about the assault in the community. Not sure how that happy. I leave early before the sun comes up and I get home after 9. If it could be well lite it would be better there are some corners that are very dark like going through the pool area. The puddles by the dog park is ridiculous because we cannot walk through there after heavy rain. And the grass is soak like mush as well. We have to walk all the way around the set of garages to get to the pool or the trash. We also need another dumpster on the other end of the property

After months of searching for a quality apartment for my Pitbull, cat & I, I found this wonderful place! The staff is friendly, professional and quick with responses before & after I moved in. I love my 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment with a screened porch! My neighbors are friendly & respectful;all ages & ethnicities, 
which I always prefer. I enjoy the amenities such as the pools, tennis court, free self serve car wash, & dog park. The staff keeps the grounds nice with regularly mowing, trimming hedges, picking up trash and keeping the common areas clean. The majority of people clean up after their dog;they have many doggie trash cans with waste bags throughout the complex. I havent had any bug issues either. I really enjoy living in this animal friendly gated community and its convenient to so many restaurants shopping, and major highways! Highly recommended.

like the resident atmosphere,  well maintained  like the garage option,  a little noisy at times but that is apartment life  feel the gate should have a car sticker to enter ,the flob is a nuiance hopefully they can improve on that . otherwise I am very satisfied.

Horrible bathroom mold, antic appliances, very low quality maintenance services, they just Jerry rig everything,, can&apos;t believe i got sucker into this dump, way over price, sure don&apos;t worth the luxury prices they charge for the crappie rentals they have

Affordable rent , 5 day grace period on rent  it's very nice but super expensive I been here for year and I don't wan to move but it is expensive  live the staff they are super friendly. Better gate access

Where do I even begin ? My first experience moving here was pleasant actually it seemed quiet and decent until it all wasnâ€™t . Itâ€™s a hidden nightmare that youâ€™ll all just suddenly wake up to one day ! From the roaches jumping out at you when you open up the cabinets or dishwasher to the constant broken pipes that leave damage to your apartments that THEY WILL 100% charge you for when you move out like they did me , to the noisy neighbors that no matter how many videos you send in or how many times you call security NOTHING ever gets done about , to the AC problems that leave you sleeping in a 82+ degree apartment with no care in the world . OR the best part , the constant visit from police officers driving through because itâ€™s such an UNSAFE COMMUNITY to live in. This isnâ€™t paradise , this is HELL you just havenâ€™t noticed yet . Since I lived there in 2 years we have had 5 domestic arrests in my apartment building alone , 1 drowning just outside the gate to the community and the worst of all a police officer KILLED by one of their tenants who was on drugs . Iâ€™m ex military and I was in need of a quiet place because of my PTSD which is why I had my service dog there with me and this place was far from what I needed this place is the reason I had bad dreams at night , needed my pill dosage increased and barely came back to the apartment . Btw expect to be charged for everything they possibly can get you for on move out even if it was something that happened as a result of their old building . They sent me a bill for $1000 for water damage that happened to my apartment when I was working that came from the UPSTAIRS apartment . Thatâ€™s how much they respect their service members and the people who serve or served this country . What a disgrace !

The Community is a very relax, great looking, and friendly experience with awesome amenities. With basketball and tennis courts, two pools, park for kids and another for dogs, this place makes your living experience one you will never forget.

Me and my roommate were extremely disappointed with the move in.THEY MOVED US IN A INCOMPLETE UNIT AND DID NOT DO A PROPER INSPECTION!! After moving all of our furniture and belongings into the apartment til 4AM , to wake up to the apartment flooded everywhere covering your feet was ridiculous!All the boxes that were placed on the floor with games systems,clothes,shoes ECT. and the furniture were all wet and damaged.The flood came from the washer having a slashed piped, Which the office tried to blame us for it when we didn't get to use anything in the unit yet.IF THE UNIT WAS PROPERLY INSPECTED THEY WOULD OF CAUGHT THE BROKEN PIPE. REMIND YOU THIS IS ALL WITHIN THE 48HOURS!!! so reported it asap and maintenance guy came suck up the water fixed the roof and put fans. We had to clean up the rest of the mess that was occured on the floor since they are too lazy to do it. The office staff and management Jennifer did not care at all about the situation they just kept telling us "THINGS HAPPEN". And didn't want to cover damages or give the reasonable request for compensation for the inconvenience.  The only good thing i can say is the location is perfect the schools and stores are nearby.

Love MAA Paddock. Quiet, good neighbors, great help from office. The grounds are Always kept clean and beautiful. Roy is the best! maintenance is completed quickly, professionally and with politeness. I'm happy here and that's what counts.
