I had a problem with my toilet at my apartment and put in the work request and the next day wayne fixed it and gave me great detail on what was wrong and was also courteous on making sure he didn’t mess up my bathrugs and more.

Kind and helpful staff

We have had a few regular maintenance issues within the past year. Wayne is very helpful and informative when correcting the problems. Very kind, caring, and helpful staff. We couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Amazing apartment!

Joshua was our leasing agent for moving here. This complex is absolutely gorgeous and every part of it is well maintained. Maintenance is extremely responsive and help within 2 days every time we need help!

Amazing!!!

[Incentivized Review] Just moved in here and I am so happy, I’ve lived in several apartments in Orlando and have never been happier. The staff is so kind and welcoming, so supportive and maintenance is on top of things! I feel very safe walking around at night too! You can tell everyone is happy to live here

Why Aren’t You Here Already??

[Incentivized Review] I genuinely love living at The Shores at Lake Howell. It really doesn’t feel like a regular apartment complex—it feels more like a resort you get to come home to every day. The property is always clean, well kept, and peaceful, and you can tell there’s a lot of care put into how the community looks and feels. The staff is honestly one of the best parts. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and actually takes the time to help you. You don’t feel rushed or ignored, and that makes a huge difference. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable walking into the office and talking to the team because they’re genuinely pleasant and supportive. I also love how there’s always something going on here. They host community events, parties, and get-togethers that are actually fun—not awkward or thrown together. The music, the DJ, the energy… it all feels intentional and makes the community feel alive. It’s easy to meet people and feel connected without feeling forced. Overall, The Shores at Lake Howell just feels like home. It’s clean, beautiful, welcoming, and has a great vibe. If you’re looking for a place that feels elevated but still comfortable and friendly, I would absolutely recommend living here.

Wonderful!

Lake Living at its finest

Best atmosphere and staff!

The Shores at Lake Howell is great living!

Living at The Shores at Lake Howell has been a wonderful decision! The amenities are off the charts. My favorite is the dock on Lake Howell, right in my backyard. Love to go there to cool off after a long day!

Feels like a little slice of heaven in Orlando

Amazing place with amazing staff, great place to live. Luxury pool, and gym. Staff will come over ASAP if you have any issues. Feels like a vacation living at the Jefferson lake Howell.The dock in the morning.

Staff is incredibly helpful

[Incentivized Review] The staff go out of their way to support residents. The staff are kind , considerate and respectful. We shout out the maintenance staff especially Wayne who always greets us with a smile. He is always personally checking on us ! Thank you lake shores for an amazing 3 years !

Great place for family

Our family loves it and the community is perfect for kids. The pools are the best and the staff make sure everything is good and taken care of if needed. Pet friendly also. Good schools too in the area.

Great place to live

The apartment complex is in a great area close to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. It has amazing amenities as well as being nestled on lake Howell with a dock to fish or enjoy a calm evening by the lake. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
