This place could be a really nice place, it is a great location. In 2 years I have seen this place totally gone down. It was horrible when I moved in, but was geeting better. Now it is horrible. I have had the swat team here, neighbors with ankle monitoring bracelets, cars broken into. They claim to do background checks but then say cant keep track of everyone that lives here. Then offer specials for new tenants and raise loyal tenants rent..Alot of empty places here.I can definitely see why.

My experience here at Advenir has been amazing. I've been living here with my children since 2021. It's been peaceful and kid friendly. They organize small events to get the community involved and together which is nice also. The office staff is amazing and so is the maintenance team. Thanks so much Advenir for a nice living community.

Advenir at Cocoplum circle is a beautiful community. The common areas are clean. friendly neighbors. Many pets. It is quiet. Close to many shopping centers. Easy access to major highways. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Do not waste your time with this development . The apartments are trash and the community is not kept well at all the buildings are disgusting, breezeways need pressure cleaning and the whole complex is poorly maintained. The town homes are a little more cleaner but the apartments are trash. Don’t be fooled .

The apartment was not cleaned or repaired prior to our move in. The apartment is old and needs a lot of remodeling. Windows are poorly insulated. The appliances are old. The floors need repair. The apartment was not painted. Touch up of holes can be seen. A serious bug problem exists. The pest control has to come at least twice a week for large roaches.

Just be careful sign nothing until you tour your actual unit my experience is too traumatic to even detail out! Just be aware of what your getting before signing because once you do nobody gets back to you.

it is very quiet and peaceful here. I like how this location is close to so many places around. You have everything you need in the neighbourhood from multiple groceries shops, cafes, restaurants, banks, gas stations, hospitals, school.

This area looks like a mess, the grounds is not keep, when a storm comes around, no one comes out to examine the area. The weight room is full of old machines and equipment. I was not shown the apartment before renting, and I was not told about the extra fees.

Everything has gotten very expensive, the water, the trash pick up and now charging for the parking. But we love everything about this community and the people and it's facilities. We wish to be able to renew but we should be leaving soon to our New Home!

Overpriced and under delivered. While we like our home (sans the cheap carpet), we are not thrilled with the services provided by the property management. Often the dumpsters are overflowing, there noise constantly, and we feel hassled by management with various notes and emails sent to us regularly, often not indicating they are specific to us or everyone in the community. The fact maintenance didnt show up for a water related issue was quite alarming. Luckily, I was able to correct the clog causing water stains to appear.

Current resident, grateful for my home but in all honesty I cannot wait to move out. Wouldn't have renewed but didn't have another option at that time. This community is outrageously outdated and yet overpriced because of the "area". There are extra required fees on top of the crazy rent and maintenance does a terrible job fixing things. For example valet trash should be an optional amenity because dumpsters are accessible everywhere. Don't get me started on pest control. Yes, we have roaches as much as I clean and request pest control to come treat. This community has the potential to be amazing but it's far from it. On a positive note. the young couple that plans community events THEY ARE FANTASTIC.

THIS BUILDING AND APARTMENT IS NOT WORTH THE RENT YOU ALL CHARGE. MANAGEMENT OR CORPORATE CARES NOTHING ABOUT YOUR LETTERS ARE THE WAY THE APARTMENTS LOOK. TREES ARE DAMAGING CAR PAINT, WALK WAY SMELLS OF URINE, MOSQUITOS ARE EVERY WHERE FROM THE STANDING WATER FROM THE A/C DRAINS. FROGS MEET YOU AT YOUR DOOR FROM THE STANDING WATER OF THE A/C DRAIN. MY APARTMENT HAS RUST AND UNDERNEATH SINK STINKS OF MOLD AND MILDEW FROM A WATER LEAK THAT WAS PAINTED OVER TO COVER THE DAMAGE. YOU CAN STILL SMELL THE MOLD AND MILDEW. THE APARTMENTS NEED A NEW MAKE OVER FOR THE MONEY THEY CHARGE. NEW APPLIANCES AND FLOORING IS NOT ENOUGH WHEN YOU HAVE FIXTURES FROM 1980's STILL ATTACHED TO THE PLUMBING!
