Everything has gotten very expensive, the water, the trash pick up and now charging for the parking. But we love everything about this community and the people and it's facilities. We wish to be able to renew but we should be leaving soon to our New Home!

My unit has a Great Lake view new appliances and we have been here going on 4 years soon. Thank you Lord for all the Advenir at Cocoplum team we are grateful to the maintenance ????? team very knowledgeable and fast response.

This is a very wonderful community to live in specially if you are family oriented. We are very happy to live here going on the second year and we are blessed with the maintenance crew and the new office staff on location. Thank yo and have a magnificent happy new year 2020!
