Absolute nightmare, after applying to rent our unit we received no contact from the leasing office. I had to call dozens of times to follow up on the application process with them. They were unhelpful and constantly told me they'd call me back but never did. Prior to move in I had many concerns including the time we'd be able to receive keys on move in day, how we pay upon move in, giving them the information for our renters insurance policy, and addressing concerns I had based on other tenets reviews. Not one single time did I receive a follow up call or answer on those concerns. On move in day we showed up at 12:00 and were told our apartment was not ready. We were also informed that we needed a money order. They also claimed they had no record of our renters insurance or pet documentation despite both documents being HAND DELIVERED, because they wouldn't respond to our calls or emails. Upon moving into the apartment we notice our door does not close, garbage disposal didn't work, one kitchen drawer had no tracks, peeling paint on downstairs doors from sloppy paint job, after a shower water pours from the downstairs light fixture and now water stains are developing, the downstairs toilet doesn't work and there is not exhaust fan. Extreme difficulty getting these issues resolved.
