Overpriced and under delivered. While we like our home (sans the cheap carpet), we are not thrilled with the services provided by the property management. Often the dumpsters are overflowing, there noise constantly, and we feel hassled by management with various notes and emails sent to us regularly, often not indicating they are specific to us or everyone in the community. The fact maintenance didnt show up for a water related issue was quite alarming. Luckily, I was able to correct the clog causing water stains to appear.

Crown Pointe is the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. The management and maintenance team are unresponsive and requests/concerns go unanswered. Their is rot throughout the house and appliances break down regularly. The price is sure to increase significantly every year (in my case by $230) so be prepared to pay. The kitchen are dated and have rot and holes throughout. You will find insects (roach, ants, spiders, millipedes)  inside your house as they have easy access through rotted walls.

Absolute worst place I&apos;ve ever lived in. Ceiling fell through and damaged living room flat screen, Xbox & PlayStation...  Although they were very well informed about it, I had to write a letter to corporate; the ceiling was fixed 3 weeks later. Was infested with roaches after a different ceiling leak a few months later, they were informed about it but told me that it couldn&apos;t be fixed because they would have to do work on the entire ceiling. Their solution: put caulk on the ceiling while the roaches were running around. Didn&apos;t even send any type of pest control in (even after I insisted that they did). Had to break my lease to get the hell out of there. If you chose to move there, don&apos;t say you weren&apos;t warned.

Worst place ever! They are nothing but a scam! Everyone from management to consultants are in denial or on some type of drugs!  If you care enough for your health and safety  stay the hell  away from this place ! I walked away on the day I was supposed to move in! Make sure you do the walk trough before you regret it! Don&apos;t be fooled by the online pictures either they look nice! Be afraid be very afraid !  Crown pointe and their staff are complete scam! Please  city of coconut creek if you love your citizen and want them around  shut down the place!

I do not recommend this property. Overpriced, maintenance staff do repairs in halfs. If you don&apos;t call, they do not spray for bugs. They advertise lakes- since I lived here, the fountain has not worked.

Horrible living. Infested with roaches and I pay for pest control every month. Rent so high and going higher and appliances barely work. Always stepping on wet water from leaking fridge. Cannot conveniently heat up food

Very good, clean and on time when u request for maintenance they are very professional I refer a   friend to come at Advnir at Cocoplum  , they are so professional  specially the office staff. THE environment  is so cool for family

Since I've moved in 2021, management has changed many times.challenges have been bad neighbors, trash delays, dog poop bags being unable, and delays in maintenance fixes. I've had to communicate with management several times regarding these different issues and there's typically an excuse such as "we'll talk to maintence they're busy, we don't have control over the neighbors there's always going to be those people, or the trash should be picked up idk why it's not. I stay here because the price initially was competitive. Our second lease here went up 50/month then the next year it went up $400/month and I'm sure with new management it will skyrocket. The market for renting has raised in general and the previous staff would sit and show the pricing around and explain why there's an increase. The last manager, Brandon, was very communicative. If there was criminal activity we would hear of it, there would be tips around holidays and if we messaged him he would respond where as I haven't heard from new management and there's no email. The previous manager would walk the property.

the community is very quiet, with a beautiful lake at the back of the apartment providing additional tranquility. The pool is a very organized, clean and well-lit gym, providing greater safety. This is sounds good.

This community has a lot of potential but cannot seem to keep a reliable management team. With each new owner I've seen a decrease in property maintenance and slower turnaround when issues occur. Within the past few months the property has become infested with large rats and the issue never addressed. They surround the dumpster and are also lingering on and around the unit patios. The exterior of the units are filthy other than 1 side of the building that faces the main road and was updated for "showings". Most units have extremely old appliances and wore down cabinets, windows and doors in which they will not upgrade unless you inconveniently move into another unit. Also, be aware the monthly payments for rent also include excessive fees and involuntary services that are useless. You will also be required to pay individual fees for any and all vehicles you own in order to park them on the property you are already paying to reside at upon moving in and again each time your lease is renewed.
