Advenir at Cocoplum circle is a beautiful community. The common areas are clean. friendly neighbors. Many pets. It is quiet. Close to many shopping centers. Easy access to major highways. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff and maintance are fiendly and courteous. Everything was detailed and explained with the paperwork and all that the community offers. The community is clean and quiet. The neighbors are friendly.
