Wonderful community. Yvette and Steven a pleasure to work with. I recommend to anyone. Pool area is awesome. Great location. Weather wonderful. Close to beach. Fitness area is new. Lot's of options. You will love it.

Fhe community is quiet, calm and collected. Everything you want to come home to after a days work. Close to great shopping, beaches and restaurants and the FLL airport. Cant beat location and staff is friendly.

The community is super friendly. The staff are top notch, thank you Yvette! The amenities are super clean and in great shape(even the dog area). The drive to the beach is easy and close and it's a wonderful beach and dog friendly!

None! Everything was good to go! Like the way we submit the rent too! And the fact that the landlord is within minutes is appreciate it! The ONLY thing we dont like is that upstairs is an ARBNB! And they can be loud!!

Very pleasant and professional team. The apartment and community seems nice and welcoming. We would recommend adjusting the 2 bedroom apartments price to suit student capabilities and it could attract additional tenants.

My experience with Atlantica at Dania Beach has been excellent. From the very beginning, Steven, Michael, and Angela have provided outstanding service, they've all been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. The community itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere that truly stands out in the area. As a small piece of feedback, I would note that the entrance passes by some older properties that aren't as well maintained, and I wish the pool were a bit larger given the number of units in the complex. However, these are minor observations compared to the overall quality and appeal of the community. I'm truly looking forward to making Atlantica at Dania Beach my new home!

Great community and management team. The pool area is always clean and the common areas are swept every day. I have been impressed with how clean the building is being kept. Dumpsters area have always been clean that's important.

The agent was professional and upfront with added charges. I appreciated the clarity. The model apartment was beautiful with a large walking closet. The microwave was at eye level and the appliances were new. The was a security guard on the premises. There is a park and church near by.

Hidden little gem in Dania Beach. Very quick application process to become a resident. Management stays on top of everything, in a good way! Minutes from ANYTHING! The beach, the airport, I95 and 595 easy access!

Outstanding, our apartment is in a fantastic location and the staff and amenities are great. The grounds are well kept and we feel very safe here. Moving is was easy, parking is convenient as we have two cars. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Very professional and friendly. Took his time to show us the property and apartments. I did not feel rushed during the tour which is important. Also 1st impression is the best and makes it comfortable to make a decision
