The community has treated me well and my daughters as well. We are always advised for any events or projects being completed. Its easy to schedule and usually quick to get maintaince completed. Overall a wonderful experience.

The view of the lake has a pleasant effect as you sit on your balcony enjoying a cup of coffee. We've sited different species of birds visiting the lake and that's amazing to see. This area is very close to the major highways, airport, banks and entertainment.

The experience at the Summerlake Apartment is very good, but there are a few things that they need to fix update appliances like the stove refrigerator and also the carpet. They need to tell people with pets to pick up after their pet but yet they can raise the rent. Everyone in the office is very helpful.

Excellent service

I am very happy with the services in 5741 Summerlake Drive, they are very good with the people. The answer very quickly the maintenance request and they make excellent job!! Joan and Ingry have very good relationships with the people. The maintenance team are excellent, I recommend this neighborhood, of course!!

Nuestros primeros dos a?os fueron buenos, y con buena comunicacion con los encargados de la oficina, desde hace unos meses ya no se puede ni enviar un request porque no te contestan o te hablan con mala actitud cuando se tiene derecho a reclamar, los de mantenimiento son mal educados y no saben ni lo que hacen
