Everything has been great, aside from lack of pest control and valet trash. We constantly have bugs inside our apartment despite of the provided pest control and our own measures. As far as valet trash, they often refuse to take random items (such as a normal bag of trash) and have busted open someone elses bag of cat litter in front of my front door, and it even went under the door.

Living at Vive has been a wonderful experience. The staff, including maintenance have been very accommodating, courteous and often times go above and beyond what is expected. The present manager is a true asset to this community. It doesn't matter how busy she maybe, she will take the time to stop and listen to you and always finds a solution to whatever the issue is. The neighbors are pleasant and the community feels safe. Vive has a very relaxed atmosphere and is a highly recommended place to live.

It started out amazing. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, nice neighbors, clean property and no cigarette or marijuana stench. Unfortunately lately, the parking has become unbearable, the "pay for spot" parking placards are ridiculous. Also the stench of neighbors smoking marijuana and being loud past 10pm has gotten frustrating.

great place;quit;close to a lot shopping; grounds are kept up nicely complaint; residents leave their trash out all weekend and all day ; this attracts bugs and they leave their trash receptacles out all week some are smoking

When we first Moved in the experience was great. But about three months after moving in the new management company took over and things have been horrible. Takes forever to get things fixed in the apartment and then they don't get fixed all the way, trash and trash cans, constantly litter, the hallway. And in the parking lot in fort the dumpster. Office staff does not answer emails or phone in timely manner. The gates are left open during the day now. Floor in common areas are constantly Filthy. Moving to this complex was always a temporary situation for us and the completion of our new home will be ahead of schedule. We turned in a notice that we would be leaving before the end of our lease. It was threatened with paying the lease off even though it's in my contract, the most I would have to pay is two months, and for the last three months, I'm being overcharged for my rent

I love my new home!

This place is amazing and so is the staff. Brittany made the entire moving process easy and less stressful. I was a little worried about leaving my current living situation. I am happy about my decision and excited to meet some new friends and enjoy this beautiful property

Love this place!

The staff is great and super responsive. Maintenance is quick and courteous! We love the coffee, gym, pool and bark park! We will definitely be renewing our lease for as long as we can! Vive is definitely a Fort Myers gem!

It's frustrating to reach the office. Always have to leave a message and hope someone calls back. I have to say tho, MJ is the only one who seems to follow up and return calls and I appreciate her help I had to submit a service request for the same issue 3 times before it was handled. Being a 24/7 business it's frustrating that the office is so often not open including long holiday closures. The office seems to be out of A/C filters most of the time causing repeated stops by the office to get one to no avail. I haven't been able to get a new filter for 2 months because they are consistently out when I stop by. I work too, and I can't always get there before they close, it's frustrating. The gates are wide open mist of the time. Not secure as advertised.

Over priced and amenities are taken away while rent went up.

5 weeks and grass mowed once. Curb appeal well you be the judge. Office phone lines and email are always down. Hall ways are nasty. Funny how someone in the company gave it a five star review today 9/26/2023. But a picture is worth 1000 words..

I can NOT wait to move in here at VIVE

I toured Vive a few weeks ago by both Ashlie and Evelin and was blown away by how friendly they were! They both provided me with every detail I could want to know and made this process so easy for me as I am moving from a home. I move in next week and can not wait to live at Vive!

Best place around !

This community is by far one of the best I’ve ever lived in. From the amenities to the amazing staff! Hands down the best ! The pool is my favorite place to hang out during the weekends! The grounds are also very well maintained

Vive is by far the best apartment community in Fort Myers!!

I have lived at Vive for a few months and it is by far the best community in Fort Myers! I have lived at a few different communities in Fort Myers and Vive is the best!! The staff, the amenities, my huge apartment, its all the best! High highly recommend!!
