I had a lot of things going on. The staff here made moving in so easy, and it almost felt like walking into a home I've known for the holidays. Kalie, Nate, and Tiffeni were the most helpful staff members I've ever talked to at an apartment. Let me say: if it weren't for you guys I wouldn't feel so comfortable at this apartment.

The community is full of plenty of amenities for the value. Nate even let us choose which unit we'd like before we left after our tour. He understood the assignment and went above and beyond. His personality is a definite positive and sparkle of joy.

I have just moved in but everyone has been so helpful and welcoming since day 1. It's a very nice quiet and secure place to rent. I would definitely recommend The Waters at Freeport to anyone. My fur baby and I love it here.

I was helped by Tiffany, she made everything so simple and fun. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The pricing at this apartment is wonderful for how nice it is and all the amenities you're welcome with a 24 hour open doors service. This is by far been made the easiest decision for an apartment me and my fianc? could've made extremely pleased with everything.

Beautiful place, located in a good spot right next to publix. The dog park is a little small so keep that in mind. Its a brand new building so everything is in pristine condition. The people are very friendly and super outgoing. Nice to keep conversation with them and very helpful

Absolutely pleasant environment to live in. Waters at Freeport goes above and beyond your needs to ensure you are living your dreams. Office staff are the nicest people you could ever meet. Maintenance staff is very willing to help in any way they can.

I had a very professional leasing agent take me out a tour of the facility. It is very high-end upscale with camp amenities. My friends are moving into the waters and I am considering it. It looks to have great potential.

Easily a 5 Star review for the team at The Waters of Freeport! From Hospitality to Presentation, it surpasssd any expectations I came in with. I was greeted immediately and offered a beverage and snack and taken on the tour. All Amenities were shown beautifully and I was recommended a model/apartment that suited all of me and my girlfriends needs. I was then offered a gift when the tour was done. It does stop there. I stopped by to show my girlfriend and the energy was consistent. This is not a show, these are just truly kind and genuine people at The Waters!

I felt bad for Nate because he was thrown by himself in the first week of employment and he was desperately trying to make it as pleasant as possible for me and my wife to show the property. He couldn't show us a model because the system to get in wouldn't open for him by his phone.

If you have to choose any apartments in the freeport, Niceville, Destin, santa rosa area, go to the Waters. Their staff is amazing and going above and beyond for my wife and I. The apartments are well designed with great features. They truly do care about not just approved renters but prospective renters as well. Hands down the best complex anywhere near.
