I just toured Social 28 with Marissa, and I could not have asked for a better experience. She had an answer for every question I had and even answered questions I did not have. If there ever was a selling point I believe she covered everything that could be on my checklist.

Good place

This has been a good complex to me, the staff members including Will Allred were very attentive to my needs. There was many times when I needed repairs on the apartment, and the workers were able to be there within a few hours or less.

As parents, we really liked the convenience of the location and larger apartment layout at Social 28. Kristina has been helpful and responsive and Mike from maintenance has been quick and reliable when needed.

Excellent Location

This building is located exactly where we need to, the location is very important for us. Everything is really close by; pharmacy, publix, church and of couse the campus. I have to say that the tour we received from Helen was really honest and appropriate. She is bilingual !

I had the pleasure of touring Social 28 with Helen, and she made the entire experience outstanding. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Great Maintenance

The maintenance team is super helpful here. Mike, the manager always makes sure everything is fixed in a timely manner and the right way. Even with all the construction that has been going on, I know he will always make sure everything is running smoothly.

Our experience was very positive and detailed from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Marissa, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She took the time to walk us through the renovations and made sure every question we had was answered. Haylee helping with leasing

Haylee was extremely helpful and made the entire leasing process much easier to understand. She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made sure I felt confident about every step. Her knowledge about the leasing options was impressive, and she explained everything clearly and patiently. One thing I really appreciated was how thoroughly she went over the insurance policies. She explained what was required, what options were available, and why having the right coverage is important. This helped me feel more prepared and informed before making any decisions. Haylee also provided a lot of useful information about the utilities, including what is included, what tenants are responsible for, and how the setup process works. She made sure I understood how everything would function once I moved in, which made the process feel much less overwhelming. In addition, she gave me a great overview of the different units and all the amenities they have to offer. She highlighted the features of each option and helped me understand what might work best for my needs and lifestyle. Overall, Haylee was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Her willingness to take the time to explain everything and answer my questions made the experience very positive.

Nice complex and helpful people!

I had a great experience working with Marissa at Social 28! She was very helpful and informative throughout the entire leasing process. Marissa took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I fully understood everything before signing. She was very genuine, professional, and easy to talk to. The complex is super close to campus, there’s a Publix and CVS near by, and the amenities are great.

there’s def some ups and downs that come with any college apartment. social is super close to campus and has a nice little rooftop pool on the second floor and overall has nice amenities when they work. they did have construction going on for a while that was inconvenient but the biggest thing is mike is the best maintenance man ever

Great location

I’ve enjoyed living at Social 28 so far. The renovations and upgrades they’re doing make the property look way nicer and more updated. You really can’t beat the location either since it’s close to campus and everything around Gainesville. Pricing is pretty reasonable compared to other places nearby. Also want to mention Kristina in the office, she’s always helpful and easy to work with.

Toured the property with my nephews, good location for UF. Marissa was our tour guide and made the whole viewing a breeze, she even pointed out some other places to check out close by for food as well as some other stores nearby to checkout

Living at Social 28 has been a solid experience. The community feels welcoming, and you can really see the improvements happening around the property. Kristina has been great—she’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. Pablo has also been super helpful and always brings a positive attitude.
