The front office seems a bit disorganized and overall I have been disappointed with the quality of the facilities. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean with snot on the bathroom mirrors. There seems to be a large number of bugs and flies since I moved into the apartment when compared to previous apartments. The bathtubs have not drained properly since I moved in. The carpets were dirty and the walls were not uniformly painted. The bathrooms at the clubhouse never have soap available.

The complex has really gone downhill the last few years. I think maintenance does what they can, but more monies need to go into the upkeep of this property. For those of us paying 1700+ for a one bedroom, you would think the property would be better kept.

It's a beautiful community with plenty of amenities. It really lives up to its statement of providing you with "resort-style living". The staff working there spare no effort in making you feel at home (literally!). The residents are amazing, and the apartments are VERY spacious - even though rents are on the higher side of what you can find in Gainesville but you really get what you pay for. I would personally recommend that maintenance and upkeep of the community be prioritized as it has begun to show some wear and tear.

The management at this community is terrible. Unresponsive to calls/emails. There is never anyone in the office and they do not return calls for messages/voicemails left on phone. Consistently overcharge for rent, then come up with bogus charges to justify. Scam. Grounds are poorly kept. All grassy areas have been reduced to mud and I have seen multiple rats/mice roaming. Will not be renewing lease.

Honestly, I've had a good experience. They recently fired their whole front office, which resulted in initial issues while the new staff was being trained, but I've had a really good experience since. The staff is friendly. Sometimes they mess up rent but for the most part, they are responsive and happy to fix if reasonable. Otherwise, the community is good, the pool is great, fitness center and indoor pickleball court are really far above what you would expect for an apartment complex. Overall, very happy with this community.

I love Gainesville, and Uptown Village is located in the center of the City, perfect, and I have large sunny windows where the Sun and Moon enter nicely. Although, I do believe the Roads need to be repaved due to wear and tear. The windows should be checked yearly for wear, as well. The outside building and roofs too, should have a yearly inspection. The gym and equipment should be checked weekly, the sign to add NO PETS allow in gym area, I have seen pets kept inside causing unsatisfactory conditions, as well NO LOUD MUSIC, in gym.

My experience has been okay but could've been so much better. When I first moved in my apartment was not clean, paint on the floor, dust, dirt and even food still in kitchen and common areas. I request a new microwave I was told I will get a brand new one for them to bring me a used one that was also dirty. My A/C also isn't working properly to keep my apartment cool. I wish my apartment was in a better condition especially with the amount being paid in rent. I do appreciate the quietness of the area and how the grounds are kept but between the apartment conditions and office staff it could be so much better

Worst management team ever

Incompetent, irresponsible, and ignorant staff. The current manager is barely there, and the two young ladies in the office cannot do anything, thus your request will be stuck for weeks before some one bothers to look into them (if ever). Even urgent requests and complains, they go unnoticed by the staff. My advice is don't think of moving here. I am counting the days till the end of my current contract.

Worst place ever. Seriously, live anywhere else but here. Even if this place was half the price, I would tell you to stay FAR away from here. Just ONE example, I have been here for 8 months, my AC has been broken 3 times. The management team does not have any customer service.

It's is a great environment for both kids and dogs. Especially with the people around they are friendly and great people. There's a dog park and there you can meet many other dogs if you do have one. But overall if your new like us, it's a great place to live at.

Maintenance responds quickly to work requests. It is quiet. There is always parking available. We are close to downtown where there are many things to do. The pool and fitness center are very nice too.

The Staff can be a little nicer, over the phone they are sweet but when you go in the office, they seem to not be bothered and rude. While I understand they can be busy at times, being nice is essential in this business.

Great, no issues at this time, this a really great community. My AC wasn't working and they came immediately and fixed the issue. I have also used the fitness center, which is walking distance from my apartment.

Evergreen Uptown has been a lovely community to join this summer. Staff are courteous and maintenance is swift and efficient with any requests. The apartments are well-maintained, the pool area is beautiful, the trash valet is wonderful, I do not hear my neighbors unless they are in the entryway to our units, and I love seeing (but not hearing!) all of the dogs people have. If you're in the market for upscale apartments, I recommend Evergreen Uptown!
