Recently moved to evergreen uptown apartments and the i had a rough beginning with them, since their customer service was not the best at first. Once moved in the service department is very good, they maintain the outside very well. You will find some pros and cons, i will have to say that the worst con is that you cant pay online rent without a big extra charge, when it rains you will get soak due to the ceiling poor construction. Some of the pros, the service maintenance is good and fairly quick, its amenities are not that bad, their not too expensive compared to other buildings near by.

I been leaving at this apartment since feb 2020, and the whole experience was terrible. The front desk service at the time was terrible and i was never able to get a hold of anyone. After what it felt forever i was finally able to rent the unit and move in feb 2020. The pictures on the website are not updated. Lots of things are missing, so before you pick it make sure you have an update look at it. When it rains at certain parts of the building it's impossible for you to not get soaked. So watch out where you rent. They do periodically maintenance and they always state that if you are not home they will still come in. I didn't know about this till after i had signed the lease. As everyone out there, they are the first ones to charge, but to reembolse they are a pain you know where. The reason why i write all the negative is because I honestly feel they need to get better and they only way to do it is by given them an honest review. Hope this was helpful
