We have had a positive experience coming from Maine and living in a single home for the last 30+ years. The couple of complaints that were made to management were addressed quickly and satisfactorily.

My husband and I are retired. We haven't lived in an apartment since 1980. This place has been great! For the most part the neighbors are quiet, the amenities are good. I just have 2 gripes. First, valet trash should not be mandatory. The trash bin is less than 150 ft from our apt. We can take it out ourselves. $25 a month could be better spent in our budget. Second, I've never had to pay a fee to electronically pay my bills every month. This apt should be no different. We have no choice in the matter. Before Dec we could at least drop off a check. No more.

Folks have been very helpful and friendly. I am not happy paying a fee for trash pickup when the dumpster is just steps away. I love the layout of the apartment, just wish it had a little more kitchen cupboard and drawer space. The counter could have been extended another 6- 12 inches.
