The first apartment I was placed in did not meet expectations of what was shown from the model or a sample apartment. After sharing my concerns with the manager and a team member, with problems in the one apartment including a crack in the roof, a hole in the floor, scratched stainless steel appliances, and closet door tracks being bent where they wouldn't close properly, they happily showed me apartments that were available to be moved in that day, since I started work in a couple of days and had furniture being delivered in a matter of hours. I am very happy with my new apartment since it does meet the standards of what was advertised. Management will always answer your questions and go above and beyond to help you and make you happy.

I moved in here TODAY, 4/28/15. The apartment has not been painted and the carpeting has not been cleaned. There are cobwebs, dust, pet hair, and cat letter everywhere. The place smells like wet dog and cat litter. The first call to the office resulted in someone coming and filling the place with more deodorize while I was away. The second resulted in no action being taken. Before I moved in, I told Matt that I was allergic to dogs, cats, mildew, and deodorizers. He assured me that the walls would be painted and the carpets would be cleaned. Neighbors tell me that they will not be renewing their lease because the management is terrible. They said that the maintenance person lives in an apartment nearby and his birds are constant source of noise. Another neighbor&apos;s pitt bull ran into my apartment, and his owner made no move to find a leash. Now I am sick and I have nowhere else to go. Avoid this place!!!!!

We've lived here for a week so far and I have been quite pleased. I previously lived in the community and feel that while staff numbers have lowered, the overall quality of the staff has seemed to improve quite a bit. Quiet, pet friendly, clean pool, visually satisfying renovations.

Great community and staff. The assistant manager was ever so helpful in working with us via phone prior to our move from Maine.  Once here we found the apartment clean and modern just as the virtual tour.  We're pretty happy here. Maintenance is on top of keeping the community in good repair and always a prompt resolution.

Very clean community. Super helpful staff in dealing with problems. Nice Gym and pool area. Quiet community. I would recommend anyone to live here. You can go to most places within fifteen minutes drive.

This was the worst apartment complex I ever lived at. I had so many issues with the apartment from the moment I was handed the keys to my apartment from the previous resident and the office did nothing about them. When I received my apartment, the master&apos;s bedroom bathroom has brown build-up on the toilet from which I complained about multiple times and even though the leasing manager acknowledge the problem, nothing was ever done about it. Furthermore, I had repetitive issues like leakages from my upstairs neighbors in multiple areas of the apartments such as the kitchen and the bathroom. They came to &quot;fix&quot; the leakages more than 7 times yet the leakages persisted aggravating the problem. When emergencies happened during the weekends such as my washing machine or dishwasher clogging and flooding my apartment, they refused to send someone in. Contacting people in the leasing office is close to impossible. The will tell you that &quot;Im all alone&quot; in the office when in reality they are ignoring your calls so I would purposely call repeatedly for 20 minutes and then walk to the leasing office to see the leasing assistant ignore my calls. Finally, this place is built with dirt-cheap materials that when a tropical storm hit Gainesville, my room started to flood and drown in water. I called the leasing office and they said that the best they could do for me was to tell me to use my clean white towels to try to prevent my bed from getting destroyed with the dirty brown water that was coming in. After this event, I called the leasing office on a daily basis to try to get them to come to my apartment to replace the blinds since they got brown and gross and replace the carpet and instead they decided to do nothing for an entire month and wait until the end of my lease and charge me $500 to replace the carpet. They were &quot;nice enough to pro-rate it for 5 years!&quot; Which is ridiculous because no carpet is worth $500, specially not the cheap one they had in this apartment complex. STAY AWAY from this place and specially CRYSTAL COLLINS (Property Manager).

The manager who responded to the below review is the biggest problem I have with the front office, which is why I&apos;ll speak to Pegasus instead. My lease clearly stated that it ended at 11:59pm on October 1st. Not midnight on the 1st, not by 5pm on the 1st. Christina (or Christine/something similar) gave verbal instructions to have my key turned in by 5pm so they could clear the apartment off my name. last time I checked, a contractual obligation signed by both parties trumps her verbal request. It wouldn&apos;t have mattered if I&apos;d been there at 4:30, she would&apos;ve already been gone anyway to go on one of her runs. She always left early and gave a slight attitude if you needed assistance with something when she wanted to go run. Instead of receiving my full deposit back, I was charged for October 2nd, so I will be taking this up with Pegasus in any way that I need to. I can&apos;t stress this enough- KEEP COPIES OF YOUR MOVE-IN INSPECTION SHEET!!! They tried to have me sign a blank one when I turned my keys in, so I grabbed the REAL copy out of my truck that listed everything that was originally wrong, most of which still was. They could have taken me to the cleaners if I&apos;d signed that blank copy. It&apos;s just a shady operation full of people who think nobody will care because it&apos;s a college town full of kids whose rent is covered by daddy&apos;s credit card. Some of us value our dollar and will make sure we get it, and I&apos;m going to do just that. The ONLY portion of the staff that was actually worth their weight in gold is the maintenance crew. I want to make that very clear. Roberto runs a tight ship and is a fantastic guy. I sincerely hope these reviews are read by Pegasus and not just the front office. I&apos;ll be emailing screenshots to add to those I&apos;ve already sent. Do yourself a favor and buy a tent, set it up in one of those little tent city locations near all the panhandlers, and have a much more enjoyable experience. OR, jump through a few hoops, buy a house and enjoy something you own, for a mortgage that costs almost half of your rent. Best of luck to anyone who still decides to move in.

We moved out 2.5 months ago and still have yet to receive our security deposit back. At first they said it would take 2-3 weeks to close our account and weâ€™d receive an email. We had no communication from them and reached out after that time. Then they said they were still working on the account and would send an email when it was finalized, which should be at the end of that week (end of February). Spoke to them in March and they couldnâ€™t tell us why we didnâ€™t have it. Now finally in April they tell us itâ€™s still in the process of being closed out, but they took our a carpet cleaning charge that they â€œcharge all residents for at move out.â€� This was not stated at move-in, at move-out, or in the lease agreement. We didnâ€™t even wear shoes in the apartment and left the carpet in the same condition we moved in. We were also told when we moved in that mold in the bathroom is normal and not something they would take care of, this came straight from the property manager. The nonchalant attitude they show residents is ridiculous, youâ€™re better renting elsewhere that cares.
