Evergreen Uptown has been a lovely community to join this summer. Staff are courteous and maintenance is swift and efficient with any requests. The apartments are well-maintained, the pool area is beautiful, the trash valet is wonderful, I do not hear my neighbors unless they are in the entryway to our units, and I love seeing (but not hearing!) all of the dogs people have. If you're in the market for upscale apartments, I recommend Evergreen Uptown!

Everyone at Evergreen Uptown has been very friendly and helpful throughout the move-in process. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool is well maintained. The gym has an impressive array of machines and options.
