Good place management is responsive and the amenities are good. New build and very convenient central location to the train stations .would recommend to others however renewing lease was a surprise increment in rent if doing for 12 months or 17 vs 24 months

Great location , smack in the middle of the warehouse district of Hialeah great amenities and a staff who tries to engage with the community is very refreshing. The future is bright for this community and the experience has been amazing

It is a nice building but I thing it should be better for the Hight standard prices for living here . I which manager just take care of this in the close future . Also the pool area need to be open more time for the enjoying

10/10 would recommend, Metro Parc has the best maintenance staff I've experienced. They always leave a copy of the work order and a price of candy. Always so nice and make sure the issue gets fixed and clean after themselves.

Great community and a great location to live in. You have the metro right next to you for easy transportation through the city and the apartments are nice! The staff seem amazing so far. My move in was super convenient and quick. I literally walked in with my U-Haul and moved in instantly after signing

Great all around community. There is constantly a staff at anyone's convenience to deal with any issues that may arise. It's been a smooth transition as well as a smooth living experience. I would definitely recommend it.

I have had a very good experience living in this community. The property is well maintained, the common areas are clean, and the management team is professional and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and communication is clear. The location is convenient, and the environment feels safe and quiet.
