Roaches, mold, lies to the state, illegal eviction—worst place ever live
Living at Kabana Cove Apartments was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the very beginning, my apartment was infested with roaches… not a few here and there, but crawling everywhere: in the cabinets, refrigerator seal, bathroom, and even across my bed. No matter how much I cleaned or sprayed, they came right back. On top of that, there was mold growing behind the walls, under the sinks, and around the vents. The smell was unbearable, and it made the entire unit unsafe to live in. Instead of helping, the property manager Christina made everything worse. When I filed a complaint with the state about the conditions, she deliberately lied to inspectors. She told them I signed an agreement that I never signed and claimed pest control had come when it hadn’t. She said whatever she needed to say to protect herself and the property, even if that meant lying on official records. Then came the biggest violation of all an illegal eviction attempt. After I would not sign their ridiculous lease termination and agreement to keep my mouth shut about how disgusting it is there, which legally protects tenants from eviction under the automatic stay. Despite knowing this, Kabana Cove and their attorneys filed an eviction anyway. It was a complete disregard for the law and my rights, and it caused me incredible stress and emotional harm. Between the infestation, the mold, the lies, and the harassment, Kabana Cove is the definition of a nightmare apartment complex. Management is dishonest, unprofessional, and careless. Save yourself the stress do not rent here. Kabana Cove Apartments is unsafe, unhealthy, and completely untrustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Please be wise of moving out in admiral arms apartments. I can truly say that the apartment are very quite. but the management is very rude an they make you feel not welcome to your home. you are not aloud to sit outside of your own door where "you" pay rent! and you cant not have pets you are not aloud to have company! the pool is always closed! the manger (Greg) Is very rude if you speak to him he will not speak back. if you are okay with living unhappy well this is the place just for you! but if you want to feel great about where you pay your rent I don't believe this is the spot for you please I say please be wise of what you are getting your self unto when you move in Admiral Arms Apartments. I can promise you will not be happy within three months.

I am happy to move back into Admiral Arms Apartments. I lived here more than 14 years ago. I was happy to find out that Cindy is still the property manager. The property is clean, well maintained and very quite. I am really enjoying living here again.

Do not move in here unless you have nothing to do with your life and own a firearm. The apartment manager is schizophrenic. If you knock on her door it's like something you'd see on the show criminal minds. Not even where Guardian Ad Litem visits or something. The man who was doing the maintenance is as sick as --------------. That managers and staff are criminals that have somehow not been caught. Unless you want to spend your rent money on being kidnapped into a compound do not move in. . The person who was supposed be the maintenance man may leave you unwanted gifts. His favorite is shelving units. And him and the prostitute he has with him may start following you to the store or wherever you go. If you have a video camera it may be fun to get some of it on tape. Other than that there's not much of a point in taking an apartment at Admiral Arms. It's a couple of criminals doing stuff that FBI should have been called for. They kidnap tenants after they've been kidnapped.

I live here since 2011. So far so good, it is true that there nothing fancy about this place but it is safe, quite and well maintained. Management lives on-site, Cindy is very friendly and Greg, let say smiling is not his forte! But he can fix stuff. I am not sure why people complain about roaches. I never had any issues with that and the bug man comes regularly to the apartments. But I agree about dogs, they don't allow dogs and they are very strict about that.

This place is horrible unless you like roach infestation, inability to get repairs done, noise levels high late night and even in the early morning hours. The managers daughter complains about everything unless it's in her building. They have told us we are ideal renters so this is not because the manager doesn't like us.

DO NOT move here! !!!!!! Thr lady is all nice at first and then once you sign the lease she changes. Her husband is so rude if you speak he will not say anything back. You can only have a cat no dogs...yet they have squirrels in cages...weird. Anyway its nice they have a pool but if they dont like you they ll tell u its closed. And they change the password all the time. They call the cops out almost every week. The police are nicer than them he came and told me they are watching my apartment. Her daughter lives out here and snitches if you breath the wrong way. I eould just advise to STAY AWAY!!!!

This apartment community may not have all the fancy things many other apartment communities offer, but you are at peace of mind when you are home. In the time I have lived here I've put in for two minor work orders. The maintenace team has taken care of the work order quickly. Management is the BEST! BEST OF ALL YOU ARE NOT WAKEN FROM YOUR SLEEP DUE TOO NOISEY NEIGHBORS!
