BEST PLACE IN JAX... Hands Down!

people, I just heard abou this site and was killing time and decided to go on to see what was said about my current place (North Beach) and some of my previous apartments I've had, here in Jacksonville and in Atlanta where I moved from about 2 years ago. (Yes, I said I was killing time). Anyway, let me tell you, North Beach is hands down the BEST place I have ever lived. NEVER have I had a plae actually look exactally like the brochure or photos on-line, but this place does. The grounds are perfect...yes, PERFECT. I swear I have literally see a piece of trash on the ground and within a few minutes there is a staff member driving up to get it (what, are there like cameras everywhere or something?)I don;t hav to spend long on this point, as I read from the previous comments, even the people complaining have said great stuff about the landscape and grounds. Ok, the gate...once I had an issue with my gate opener not working, but as soon as I went into the management office they gave me a new one and it has been fine since. I have lived here for a while and have not experienced any gate issues (maybe I come in at different times than most people??). I don't really deal too much with the office people since I don't really have a need to. I have had a few requests for maintenance for small stuff and I called and they came and took care of it right away. The insides of the apartments are just like they are in what you see in the photos on-line...they are about as good as it gets for apartment living..no issues at all with that! They're classy and my friends/co-workers are super impressed when they visit me. I see a lot of people mentioning hearing their neighbors, maybe they are not used to living in an apartment (??). The rents here are not cheap, so I am wondering if the people saying that are people used to living in houses and this apartment life is new to them (??). I hear people moving around in the building, but it doesn't bother me at all... I mean, it's typical. So that's my summary...I seriously challenge you to try to find a place nicer than North Beach in Jacksonville/Beaches area...it's just not going to happen. This is the best place in town, hands down. (And I promise I was not paid to say that, LOL).
