Noise level

I have a hard time putting my kids to sleep at night because of the noise level. It's nice and quiet during the day, but at night the place seems to change with loud speakers driving by, people playing their music in their apartments. When you tell management they say they will do something and never do it. The complex is full of young college students so if noise and partying is what you like come on by. We've seen several arrest made out here. It looks like an episode of "Cops" I recommend going to Enclave or Citi Gate.
