I&#39;ve lived in Jacksonville for five years&#44; and have lived in two other new apartment communities.  For the last eight months that I have lived here&#44; by far North Beach on Kernan is the best place I have lived in.  It&#39;s brand new&#44; a perfect location&#44; amazing amenities like the free tanning bed&#44; walk-in beach style pool&#44; a very large 24-hour fitness room including kids room with TV/DVD&#44; cyber cafe that&#39;s open late&#44; and so much more...  I also love how friendly the office staff are to me whenever I need something.  The service team is very professional&#44; and quick to respond on all my service requests.  I really love living here.

First&#44; I want to thank Eva Hopkins who worked with me (I was in NYC prior to move) and second&#44; I LOVE MY PLACE!
I am retired military and moved here to JAX because the lifestyle was easy living in comparison to NYC.   I like living less than 15 mins from Jax Beach and the fact that my apartment is so filled with light that I don&#39;t use electricity until the evening.  Been here going on 3 weeks and have nothing but great things to say.  From walking around and seeing the ducks&#44; fish and turtles in the lake on the property&#44; to the clean grounds and people happily walking their dogs around.   You will really like this place if you choose to move here!

I moved in two weekends ago and I was aprehensive at first because of the older reviews not being stellar. I look at reviews on everything before I buy it or visit it or what whatever. Anyway&#44; I really really liked North Beach and the people in the office were sooo much nicer than the people at every other apartment I looked at. I was confused why one other place I looked at had higher ratings and I even asked for a discount off rent just because the rating of NB was lower than the other place I was thinking about (it didn&#39;t work by the way&#44; lol). The manager told me that if they don&#39;t encourage people that are happy with the apartments to go to this web site to type good things&#44; then only the complainers get heard. Makes sense!! (She actually said it a little more eloquently than that&#44; but I got her point.) So here I am&#44; a person that has actually taken a few minutes out of my day to say something nice!! My apartment is awesome!!! I can&#39;t imagine that you will be disappointed if you move to North Beach. It is a little pricy&#44; but you get what you pay for you know!! If anything negative happens&#44; then I&#39;m sure I&#39;ll be back her to complain&#44; lol&#44; but for now all is great!

Glad I went with my gut instead of believing all the reviews at first!

north beach on kernan es un lugar maravilloso para vivir, tiene Ã¡reas recreativas para la familia, incluso si tienes una mascota, cuenta con un parque para los miembros de cuatro patas. cuenta con un amplio estacionamiento para residentes y visitantes. los apartamentos son muy cÃ³modos y puedes elegir segÃºn tus disponibilidad entre una, dos o tres habitaciones. el complejo estÃ¡ situado a 12 minutos de la playa y tambiÃ©n tiene cerca supermercados importantes, librerÃ­a pÃºblica y restaurantes. mi esposo y yo pronto renovaremos el contrato por segunda vez en este lugar. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Visited over ten different communities before moving and North Beach was our top choice by far. We love the floor plan, the amenities and most importantly the warm atmosphere. Maintenance requests have been dealt with super quickly so far and the staff are just wonderful. When skyping family back home, I could hardly stop talking about this place.

Top choice

We've had little to no issues at north beach! Maintenance is fast, and the property is kept up well. Rent is a little high but it is everywhere. We like the weekly food trucks and occasional neighborhood activities. Pool is amazing

I have been absolutely blown away with the level of professionalism of the office and maintenance staff, not to mention the community itself is very good. Lots of nice and courteous people. The lake is beautiful, well kept, and includes lots of happy wildlife. I would absolutely move in again and plan to stay here for as long as I'm in the area. You can't go wrong with North Beach on Kernan!
