They only care about money

I'm sorry but moving here was a huge mistake. I am so upset that I live here. Going into this, the management make it seem like such a great idea.... all the amenities.. the pool.. the trails.. and sure! it's pretty on the outside but the people running this place are a joke!! The office staff doesn't ever really want to help you unless you're paying your rent and they are receiving money, OR you're about to sign the lease (anything again that involves you giving them money) ... sure, they'll answer questions and be helpful then, and only then. I thank God that I live in a one bedroom since most of my friends and other tenants that I have spoken to live in a 2 & 3 bedroom do nothing but complain about the noise levels. I've been here for almost a year (so glad it's almost done!) and have only had to go to the office staff 3 times about different things... and every time, I've received an attitude, gotten negativity and seemed like nothing but a pest. I guess again, once you sign your life away... they're done with you! Awesome. I look forward to being done with THEM!
