Dear Former Resident, I have researched the incident that you are referencing which happened on 12/30/2010. Because you did not press criminal charges, Management issued a 7 Day Notice to cure to the resident which is our only recourse when someone violates their lease agreement. Should the same or similar violation occur after the 7 day notice to cure expires, then the resident would be issued a 7 day notice to vacate. We acted quickly regarding this incident and the resident did not have any further violations. We do apologize that there was an incident involving you and your neighbor and we always hope that neighbors can and will get along. With multi family living, there is always the possibility that neighbors may not and we strive to maintain a level of service to help all of our residents with these transitions.
