Don't judge a book by it's cover!

This is a college community and people with families should be told this before they sign a lease. These students are rude and distructive. I can't believe they are the future of this country. We put up with girls coming in and out of of our neighbors apt. all night and get to listen to their adult pleasures all night through our paper thin walls. Wow ain't that great. You can swim in a pool that is dirty and also experienced their pleasures. They show no shame in letting you see this activity.The cursing is unreal and of course the drinking goes with it. I want my children exposed to that! don't you? people don't clean up after their pets and they are very large and many. It seems there is no longer any security here or they hide very well. people are at the pool all hours and are very loud and drunk. The police are here constantly. If things don't get in control this is one person who will not be renewing a lease and will not be recommending this place to anyone. It is ashame because this could be such a nice place if management would take care of what is important. If you put down rules you should make sure they are followed. This is your obligation to your tenants!

North Beach on Kernan

Dear Resident, Thank you for your comments about North Beach on Kernan. In response to the college students, North Beach on Kernan is not a college community and therefore, we do not advertise or state that we are. We are a multi family apartment community and anyone 18 years of age or older that meet our qualification guidelines and are approved, are welcome to live here. In reference to the pool, we hired a Security Service to monitor the pool area to work on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 3 pm to 11 pm. They started in June and will continue through August. We have had a great response to this service and seems to really be helping. Regarding your neighbors, if you can please let me know what apartment you are having the issue with, I can rectify the situation for you. If we are not made aware of the problem, we cannot rectify the situation. Additionally, we have 2 courtesy officers for North Beach on Kernan and if you call the main office number after hours, our answering service will dispatch a call to them for noise complaints and they will respond. Please feel free to come speak with me directly. I'm in the office Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. Thank you, North Beach Property Manager
