It is our goal to provide a quality lifestyle at North Beach on Kernan and take resident concerns regarding noise, parties, etc. very seriously. There are two courtesy officers on site who respond to after-hour noise complaints and follow up with the management team to ensure they are handled in a timely and direct manner, we will always address and rectify these types of situations as they are brought to our attention. All residents are required to meet the same qualification criteria at move in however, often times differing lifestyle or ideas of living may not be the same as another resident which can cause an unfortunate situation.
