I've lived here for a little over a year now and absolutely loved it. It is truly maintenance free living in a newer, spacious apt complex. The only reason I'm leaving is due to looking for a home in the same area. The maintenance and front office team are amazing. I can put in a maintenance request and they are typically at my place within a few hours (I even put in a request because there was a wasp inside my screened in patio and they took care of it). I love the lake in the middle of the complex for taking me dog on walks and the amenities are always kept up (tennis courts/ pool). The grounds are impeccably kept and even though the walls are typical aparment walls for when it comes to noise, my neighbors have all been respectable professionals. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the beach and to gate pkwy/ southside for work. Even downtown is only 25 min away in traffic.
